HAHAHAHAHAHA, got ya! I totally didn’t make a ranch enchilada cake, so everyone can keep their panties on. What the fuck is that anyway? Anyway, I’ve been busy this past week. I’ll be honest, the Thanksgiving Extravaganza that will be going down next week is sort of lingering in my thoughts…reminding me that in a small amount of time I’ll be beholden to a few set-in-stone recipes, locking down my natural cook’s creativity into a formulated grind. I’ll be making anywhere from 7 to 9 pecan pies this Sunday. Anyone want to lend me a hand? Heh, heh…sigh. Anyway, I’ve been trying fully indulge myself this past week, and work in some serious Me Time in the kitchen. The results have been quite tasty.
